What are the lease terms?

We are currently offering 12-15 month lease terms. Please contact our onsite team should you require a term outside of what is currently being offered.



What is required to be paid prior to move in?

Application fee, security deposit and first month’s rent.



Are utilities included in the cost?

No, utilities are not included in the unit rent and are charged separately.



What is your pet policy?

We allow 2 pets per apartment home. There are restrictions. Please contact the onsite team for additional information.



Do you require renters insurance?

Yes, please contact the onsite team for more information regarding our requirements.



How do I pay the rent?

Rent is best paid online through the resident portal. You can also setup auto payments. Please create login through the resident portal using the button at the bottom of this page.



How are repairs taken care of, especially in an emergency?

Residents will have access to a 24/7 emergency phone number for maintenance emergencies. If a service request is not an emergency they will submit through the online resident portal.



Is there public transportation nearby?

Stone Oak Park & Ride is located directly adjacent to the property.



How often does rent go up? By how much?

Rent will increase at the end of the lease term as the market allows.



What is the parking situation?

Reserved carports and garages are available at an additional cost.



Is there a penalty for breaking my lease?

Yes, there is a penalty for breaking your lease. Please contact the onsite team for additional questions regarding the lease termination policy.
